"ICT Tower e-Pass" is a dedicated application designed to streamline the process for visitors and officials at the ICT Tower, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Bangladesh. This mobile app, available on both iOS and Android platforms, aims to simplify the appointment scheduling and management processes.

• Simple Dashboard: Upon logging in, users are greeted with a clean, intuitive dashboard that displays personalized information.
• Easy Appointment System: Users can easily create, manage, and track their appointments within the ICT Tower.
• User-Friendly Registration: While the current version requires users to be registered on the web-based system (http://newepass.bcc.gov.bd), future updates will include direct registration within the app.
• Action Confirmations: Every action taken within the app, such as creating a new appointment or approving one, comes with a confirmation alert to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

User Experience

Upon launching the app, users will see a welcoming splash screen followed by the login screen. The login screen includes convenient options like "Remember Me" and "Reset Password." Additionally, there's a planned addition of a visitor registration link.

Once logged in, the dashboard offers quick access to essential functions such as creating an appointment or adding a visitor. The main menu provides six primary options:

• Dashboard: A summary of user-specific information.
• New Appointment: Allows users to schedule new visits.
• Approved List: Displays approved appointments.
• Pending List: Lists appointments awaiting approval.
• Rejected List: Shows appointments that were denied.
• Add Visitor: Facilitates adding visitors to existing appointments.

Currently, only officials from the ICT Tower can log in, while visitor login functionality will be introduced in subsequent releases.
