EVN2GO: Your Electric Vehicle Charging Companion

EVN2GO is an innovative mobile application designed to simplify the process of charging electric vehicles at EVN charging stations. With this app, users can effortlessly locate nearby charging stations, initiate and manage their charging sessions, and track their charging history.

How to Use EVN2GO

1. Download and Register: Start by downloading the EVN2GO app on your smartphone. If you’re a new user, complete the registration process to create your account. If you already have an account, simply log in.

2. Find a Charging Station: Use the app's built-in map feature to locate the nearest EVN charging station. The app provides real-time updates on station availability and proximity.

3. Connect and Charge: Once you reach the charging station, connect the charging cable to your electric vehicle. Within the app, select the specific charging station and the port where the cable is plugged in. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code for a seamless connection.

4. Start Charging: After selecting the appropriate charging port, tap "Start Charging" to begin the process. You can monitor the progress of your charge directly from the app.

5. End Charging: To conclude the session, reopen the EVN2GO app and select "End Charging." This will finalize the transaction and provide you with a summary of your charging session.

Additional Features

• Charging History: View your past charging sessions, including details such as start and end times, energy consumed, and cost (if applicable).

• Preferred Stations: Save your favorite charging stations for quicker access in the future.

• Customer Support: Should you encounter any issues during the charging process, you can contact the EVN Customer Care Center at 0700 1 7777, available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. For further assistance, you can also send an email to emobility@evn.bg with relevant details like the date, time, station location, login email, vehicle model, and a description of the problem.

Important Information
