Zenless Zone Zero

This game is fantastic, and I've enjoyed it since playing other Hoyoverse games on PC. However, I encountered an issue where the app crashes when reopening it on my high-end phone. After the loading reaches around 72% or 91%, the screen goes black and exits the game. I tried multiple times, but the problem persists. Can you please look into fixing this issue? Thank you.

To be honest, Genshin Impact is still better, but Zenless Zone Zero is more rewarding compared to Honkai Star Rail.
