How the App Works

Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows you to cancel services purchased on the app within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. We will promptly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen refund method. However, if you do not cancel the appointment and fail to show up, the appointment fee will not be refunded.

If cancellation charges are levied by the practitioner or doctor, partial refunds may not be available. In cases where the practitioner fails to attend the booked appointment, you must notify us within three days by writing to info@emizentech.com. If the issue is confirmed, the full consultation amount will be refunded within seven business days via the original payment method.

Additional Notes

Please note that you must visit the clinic two hours before your appointment time. If you are unable to reach the clinic on time, the appointment will be canceled. Additionally, online payments are applicable only for telephonic consultations.
