The Healthdaq App is a native application which is a simplified lead capture solution powered by the technology owned and developed by Health Sector Talent (HST) - applications management system Healthdaq.
The applications’ main objective is to change recruitment for the better and to make sourcing of candidates more effective for employers. It captures relevant candidate/applicant data in real time to appear in full on the cloud-based platform, dedicated to managing candidate talent pools and pipelines.
The applications’ main purpose is to capture the data by scanning the individual QR code assigned to the users and carry this digital information to a specific section (talent pool) available to all employers registered on the platform.
The Healthdaq App will mainly be used in a controlled environment such as recruitment events as well as an ambient candidate information grab at random users’ interaction.
The Healthdaq App will allow any candidate with a registered profile on the Application Management System - Healthdaq to use their accounts unique QR code anywhere, enabling clients/employers to scan their QR code before being automatically added to the clients talent pool.
The Healthdaq App is armed with transparent, user friendly, simple interface with intuitive set of options and automated lead capture process. Retrieving of the captured data uses the same login and access level and includes applicant documentation overview on the top of main profile data.
By bringing contactless and paper free exchange of information the Healthdaq App aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of candidate sourcing which results in better recruitment outcome.
Whilst maintaining relevant privacy policies Healthdaq application may act as a single point of candidate data entry allowing to rate the lead and indicate the setting and the source of acquired information.
