Admins have comprehensive control over the system. They can create, update, and manage customers, engineers, and instruments. Admins also track all call details from registration to resolution and can download weekly and monthly reports.
Workadmin
Workadmins are responsible for assigning registered calls to engineers. They track all call details from registration to resolution, ensuring that every step of the process is meticulously documented.
Customer
Customers can register calls by selecting the appropriate service type for their instruments. They can track all call details specific to their needs, from registration through to resolution.
Engineer
Engineers perform various actions on registered calls and track all call details specific to their work, from registration to resolution. Once an engineer resolves a call, a service report is automatically sent to the customer via email.
