What Can You Do with COINS mCRM?

• Sign In: Easily log in using your COINS User ID and password, with standard user group and work security.
• Offline Access: Work offline and access your "My CRM" companies, contacts, activities, and opportunities even without an internet connection. Once back online, all records from the COINS ERP are immediately available.
• Global Search: Enjoy immediate access to "My CRM" records and leverage the Global Search feature to access all records when your device is online.
• Activity Management: View and manage recent, current, and upcoming appointments/meetings and tasks directly from the Activities screen. You can also add and update meetings and tasks within Companies and Opportunities.
• Company Management: Add and update companies on the Companies workbench, including displaying company logos within the app.
• Contact Management: Manage contact information from either the Contacts Workbench or the Contacts tab of a Company. Optionally include contact photos for better reference.
• Social Media Integration: Tag companies and contacts with their social media links for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Location-Based Services: Utilize the Google Places API to locate companies with mileage options.
• Opportunity Tracking: Add and update Opportunities with essential data such as Status, Due Dates, Values, Notes, and Activities.
• Star Icon Feature: Quickly select and add records from Global Search to your "My CRM" records using the Star icon.
