Key Features and Requirements

• Sample Song: The app comes with a single sample song. To fully utilize the app, you must manually add additional music data to your device's storage or SD card.
• Score Data: Without the necessary score data, you won't be able to play the game. Ensure you have the required TJA files to proceed.
• Security Enhancements: When upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2, the default TJA folder under the root directory is no longer accessible due to enhanced security measures in Android. Therefore, this app has been developed separately to address these changes.

Installation and Usage

• Inserting Songs: Place your music files (TJA format) in the /Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA folder. If you are transitioning from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file management application to copy or move the score files. Downloaded zip files should be placed in the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.

• Genre Management: Ensure your genre.ini file is correctly configured. Each genre folder should contain this file with the appropriate genre name and color settings. For example:

Skin Compatibility

• Skin Support: The app supports skins compatible with "Taiko-san Jiro 2." However, some skins might not be fully implemented yet. Additionally, skins from "Taiko-san Jiro" (not version 2) are not supported. Note that certain models and skin data combinations may cause slower performance.

Updates and Improvements

• Enhanced Display Support: The app now supports displays running at 60Hz or higher.
• Advanced Scoring System: It includes support for advanced TJAPlayer3 scoring features such as HBSCROLL, JPOSSCROLL, SUDDEN, and complex scrolling. These features differ from those found in Jiro and Jiro 2.
• Additional Poses: New poses have been added to enhance gameplay.
