The app supports a wide variety of classes, including Hot Yoga, Hot Flow, Yin Yoga, and Kids Yoga for children aged 3-10. For those interested in deeper learning, we also offer Workshops, Teacher Training programs for both Hot Yoga and Hot Flow, as well as Community Classes like our Sun Up Saturday, held every second Saturday at 7:30 AM at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. We also have a weekly $5 Friday Flow at 5:30 PM, perfect for a relaxing end to your week.
