For emergencies, you can contact the National Police Agency (112) or other relevant support centers.

Access Rights

HIGHER requires certain permissions to function properly:

• Microphone: Permission to send voice messages.
• Location: Local information entered by the member (not collected in real-time).
• Storage Space: Used to transfer or store photos.
• Address Book: Permissions for the friend invitation function.
• Camera: Permission to use photo-related functions like profile pictures.

Even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions, you can still use most of the service's features.
