The Sanral application allows you to manage your mobility account quickly, securely, and conveniently! Whether you're managing your vehicle tags, updating your contact information, or reporting potholes, this app streamlines your interactions with SANRAL.

Additional Information

If you already have a SANRAL account, there's no need to register again. Simply use your existing credentials to log in, just as you would on the SANRAL website. If you forget your password, you can reset it from the main screen using the Password Recovery feature. For forgotten ClientId, Username, or registered Email, contact the Call Centre at 0800 726 725.

To use the offline pothole reporting feature, ensure you've logged in successfully at least once. This allows the app to store pothole reports locally on your device until it reconnects to a network. Once reconnected, the app will automatically upload these reports in the background. It may take a few minutes for the new reports to appear in the "My Reports" section.
