Background Story

In the year 2326, Earth has fallen under the tyrannical rule of an alien race known as the Zarkons. Using their advanced technology, the Zarkons have subjugated humanity, crushing any attempts at rebellion. Amidst this chaos, a group of pirates called the Blackbeards has emerged, raiding both human and Zarkon settlements without allegiance to anyone.

Worse still, the Zarkons have installed compliant human governments that collaborate with them, further oppressing the human population. Years later, a team of rebels reaches out to you, seeking your help to join their cause. Despite the odds, you agree to pilot an old, non-battle-ready ship initially designed for collecting space debris. With a few modifications, including the addition of a laser blaster, this humble vessel becomes your key to reclaiming Earth and driving away the Zarkons, Blackbeard pirates, and oppressive human governments.

Gameplay Mechanics

SPACE SHOOTER ACTION

As you control your ship, your mission is to shoot down enemies, launch homing missiles, and fight powerful bosses. Avoid getting hit by enemy bullets or ships. Each level introduces different enemies, with tougher challenges in subsequent levels.

ARCADE SIDE SCROLLER

Experience the nostalgia of classic arcade games with a side-scrolling space shooter. Move your ship freely across the screen, with the background continuously moving backward, creating a forward-moving illusion. Enjoy unique parallax backgrounds for each level, adding depth and immersion.

FIGHT POWERFUL BOSSES

Each level features a boss with a unique movement pattern. As you progress, the bosses become increasingly challenging. Successfully defeating them is crucial to completing your mission. Dodge their bullets while aiming to take them down.

UPGRADE YOUR SHIP

Collect scrap metal from defeated enemies to upgrade your ship at the rebel base's hangar. Transform your basic vessel into a formidable craft capable of firing multiple laser bullets, carrying more missiles, and withstanding greater damage. Upgrades can be made in four key areas:

• Laser: Rate of fire, damage, and multiple shots.
• Missile: Damage, accuracy, and capacity.
• Engines: Movement speed.
• Ship: Hit points.

COLLECT POWER-UPS

Collect various power-ups throughout the game to aid your mission. These include health boosts, additional missiles, and bombs that clear the stage by eliminating all visible enemies.
