Punishing: Gray Raven

I'm unable to log into Punishing: Gray Raven! Help needed!
Every time I attempt to enter the game, I'm stuck on the loading screen with a 'files check success' message at 100%. I can't even reach the title screen to contact customer support or log in and out using my account. I've tried clearing cache, restarting my tablet, reinstalling, and force-stopping, but nothing works! I just want to accumulate tickets for Lamia...
Please assist!

Remove the OBB, then launch the game without it, and finally reinsert the OBB.
This will definitely work.

The new patch doesn't load; it crashes before reaching the file scanning screen. Everything was fine with Feral Scent until Glowing Justice. Please fix it.

Can't patch the game. Facing the same issue as the previous post.

It's not working. Missing necessary files. Tap to start downloading results in a game crash.

Unable to update. Same problem as the earlier post.

This game is terrible due to
1. Region restrictions preventing download from Play Store
2. Inability to make in-game purchases because of region restrictions.
These developers clearly don't value their users.

It just doesn't start. Keeps loading...
