SmartAgent is a mobile application designed specifically for travel agents, serving as a smart personal assistant to help them enhance their business efficiency and provide exceptional customer service.

SmartAgent is optimized for mobile devices, featuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows travel agents to manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) effortlessly. With a single click, agents can perform operations securely over an encrypted connection.

Notifications

SmartAgent leverages mobile push notifications to alert travel agents about critical events. The application supports various notification types:

• Reprice Event: Alerts you when a lower fare becomes available.
• Ticketing Due Event (planned): Notifies you when the ticketing deadline is approaching.
• PNR/Segment Cancellation (planned): Informs you when an HX status is received from the airline.

PNR Repricing

SmartAgent provides a backend repricing process that supports both automated and manual repricing of PNRs. You can receive repricing notifications via mobile alerts or email. Manual repricing can be done with a single click directly from your mobile device. Additionally, you can easily move notifications in and out of the repricing queue with just one tap.

Notification Display

The app includes a recent notification tab that displays all notifications received recently. There's also a per-event type notification tab that distinguishes between pending and completed operations. You can search for notifications using free text and share them within the app with a single click. For more details, you can drill down into the specific PNR display.

Availability and Restrictions

SmartAgent is available for both Android and iOS users. However, a pre-configuration and a business agreement are required to use the application. Additionally, agency approval is necessary for any travel agent to utilize SmartAgent.

Real-Time Operations

SmartAgent performs operations in real-time directly on the Global Distribution System (GDS), ensuring that agents always have up-to-date information at their fingertips.
