The OnStar Guardian app brings comprehensive safety services directly to your smartphone. Whether you're driving in your car, riding your motorcycle, or simply out and about, the OnStar Guardian app ensures that you and your loved ones stay safe and secure.

• Crash Detection: Automatically sends for help in case of a car accident.
• Smartphone Sensors: Detects accidents using your smartphone’s sensors and alerts an OnStar Advisor.
• Comprehensive Coverage: Offers assistance in any vehicle or even on your motorcycle.

Roadside Assistance

• Never Stranded: Receive help on the road, jump-start a dead battery, get assistance with a flat tire, and even request fuel delivery or a tow.
• Versatile Support: Available for any vehicle or motorcycle.

Location Status

• Stay Connected: Use the family locator feature to share and save real-time locations, view a live map, and receive departure and arrival notifications.

Emergency Services

• Immediate Help: Press the red Emergency button for 24/7 priority access to an OnStar Emergency Advisor.
• Specialized Support: Get specialized assistance with medical issues, severe weather, and other emergencies. OnStar Advisors will also dispatch first responders to your exact location.

Additional Information

• Pricing: Eligible OnStar Members receive the app as part of their plan. A standalone plan costs $15 a month.
• Sharing: Share the app with up to 7 friends or family members at no additional cost.
• Limitations: Available in the U.S. and Canada, on select Android devices. Requires an OnStar Guardian service plan, cell reception, GPS signal, and device data connection.

• Location Status Services: Designed to locate compatible smartphones with Location Services permission enabled.
• Roadside Services: Provided by third-party providers for passenger vehicles and motorcycles. Limitations and restrictions apply. Towing services can be used four times per year, after which additional charges apply. Additional charges apply to tire changes when a spare tire is not provided.
