The application is particularly tailored for students enrolled in the Qira'at School at the Prince Abdelkader Mosque in Constantine, Algeria, but it is open to anyone seeking to deepen their knowledge of Quranic recitation and intonation. It is important to note that the application has not yet received official recognition as a school-approved tool.

The content of the app includes a theoretical section that covers the initial year's curriculum at the school. This section encompasses a memorandum on the rules of intonation, based on a unique interpretation by Professor Abdul Karim Mogaidish, focusing on the Warsh method. Additionally, the app features a detailed exegesis (Tafsir) of the Quranic verses, complemented by insightful commentary from Sheikh Hassanein Muhammad Makhlouf.
