Imagine being able to sing two notes simultaneously! This skill is not just a musical feat but also a meditative journey.

About the Instructor

Ulrissa, who has been teaching overtone singing since 2009, has helped countless students master this art through her CDs. She now brings her expertise to this app, ensuring that learners can practice and improve their skills offline without any interruptions or advertisements.

How It Works

Step 1: Diaphragm Training

The foundation of powerful overtones lies in proper diaphragm training. You'll learn how to avoid straining your neck muscles when producing tones. This step includes four essential exercises.

Step 2: Resonance Space Training

Resonance space training is crucial. Once you can distinguish between different resonance spaces, move on to the tongue exercise. This section includes 12 exercises focused on back resonance, front resonance, and nasal voice production for high overtones.

Step 3: Tongue Position

For louder and clearer overtones, mastering tongue positioning is key. This step consists of four exercises.

Step 4: Beginner and Advanced Exercises

Beginners can start with seven exercises designed to help them achieve throat singing within three to eight weeks, depending on their breathing technique. Advanced users can refine their control over their overtones with ten specialized exercises.
