Currently, no - all participants must have access to WiFi or mobile data at least once to ensure everyone can view each other's contributions in real-time.

3. How can I incorporate new members into our shared lock screen?

Invite them through their email address by navigating to settings, selecting 'Add Contact', and entering their email. They should also download the app beforehand.

4. Could accidental deletion of critical content occur on our group's note board?

It's unlikely unless authorized. Only individuals with the admin's contact information can contribute content, and individuals can be removed from sharing permissions under the 'Settings' menu 'Manage Contacts'.
