Bolt: Request a Ride

This app is my personal creation.

Bolt is great, but there are constant issues with the maps not showing and the driver contact function often having problems.

The new version won't update on my H p40.

There are always problems with the app, like incorrect pickup and drop-off points, and issues with stops affecting the order of destinations. Please address these issues.

I used Bolt in Malta due to the absence of taxis in the three cities and the non-existence of Uber in Malta. Signing up was quite a hassle as confirmation SMS codes for registration didn't arrive; I ended up selecting an expensive ride and the driver met at a different spot from what I chose. This led to wasted time and even being charged more than the actual fare, causing delays for the driver. Bolt feels like a scam.

The app doesn't work on four different devices, despite trying from 12:00 until 13:45. It's not user-friendly.

The latest update fails to install after downloading. Installation attempts fail.

After the last update, my account was reset unexpectedly. The process of adding a card restarted, claiming it was expired or that the application wasn't working correctly. It feels like a downgrade from Uber.

Bolt lacks safety and security systems. Drivers are inappropriate and unprofessional, making passengers feel unsafe, especially women.

Taxi drivers smoke without masks and there's no human assistance; only an automated computer responds, providing poor service quality.
