About Perintis: Pioneering Scholarships for Future Leaders

Perintis is a pioneering scholarship program designed to prepare high-achieving students for admission to leading Public Universities (PTN) in Indonesia. Targeted at students in class 12 of Senior High School (SMA) and equivalent levels, this comprehensive scholarship not only covers tuition fees but also provides living expenses for up to four years, fostering the development of future leaders.

Since its inception in 2011, the Perintis Scholarship has been instrumental in shaping the academic journey of over 1,500 students. In 2021, the program expanded its reach nationally, offering opportunities to a broader pool of talented individuals. Students who have benefited from this initiative have gone on to pursue their higher education at prestigious institutions such as the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Gadjah Mada University (UGM), and the University of Indonesia (UI).
