• Communication: Chat with the dispatcher to resolve housing and utility issues.
• Service Catalog: Browse and select additional paid services offered by the management company without needing to seek external specialists.
• Receipts and Meter Readings: View current receipts with a detailed breakdown of payment items and submit meter readings online.
• Access Control: Create applications to allow cars or walking guests to enter the territory.

Usage Guide

Transfer of Readings and Payment of Receipts

• Meter Readings: The entered meter readings are sent to the housing and communal services management company or HOA.
• Calculations: The management organization performs calculations using the latest data.
• Payments: Receipts and charges are transferred to the mobile application, allowing immediate payment.

Applications from Residents

• Permit Applications: Your permit applications will be displayed on the housing and communal services website by the checkpoint officer.
• ADS Applications: Applications created via ADS will be transferred to the management company.
