The Bedtime WakeUp time sleep time application is designed to help you manage and understand your sleep patterns effectively. With this app, you can calculate and display your sleep duration by simply inputting the date and time you go to bed and the date and time you wake up.

How to Use:

  1. Recording Your Bedtime:

    • Tap the "Bedtime" button.
    • If you long-press, it will set the current date for you.
    • Select the appropriate date and tap "Next."
    • Enter your specific bedtime and confirm with "OK."
  2. Recording Your Wake-Up Time:

    • Tap the "Wake-up date and time" button in the designated column.
    • If you long-press, it will set the current date for you.
    • Select the appropriate date and tap "Next."
    • Enter your wake-up time and confirm with "Done."

Displaying Sleep Data:

  • The sleep duration will be automatically calculated and displayed in the table based on the dates and times you entered.
  • You can visualize your sleep data through a line graph and a bar graph for better insights into your sleep patterns.

Additional Features:

  • Mood Tracking: When you wake up, you can record your mood by tapping "Mood" in the Wake-up Mood column and choosing how you feel.
  • Deleting Records: To clear all your sleep records, access the menu on the top right and select "Erase All Data." This will remove all stored information.

This application provides an intuitive way to monitor your sleep habits, helping you make informed decisions about your daily routine and overall well-being.
