Our demo models are items that were displayed as display or promotional units or served as advertising models but were never used personally. They are indistinguishable from unopened models, and before being put up for sale, they undergo thorough specialized testing to ensure perfect functionality.

Used equipment, on the other hand, is previously used items that may have minor imperfections. However, before reaching our shelves or being listed online, these items also go through a series of tests to guarantee their proper functioning.

Therefore, we provide a 24-month warranty on our demo televisions and phones, and if service is needed, we work only with authorized service centers of the brands we offer. Our demo laptops come with a 12-month warranty, while second-hand portable computers are covered by a 6-month warranty.
