Help the Treasury Attorney Recover Union and FGTS Credits!

The Open Debt application, developed by the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN), is designed to present individuals and companies registered in active debt to the Federal Government or the Guarantee Fund for Length of Service (FGTS) in an irregular situation. This application not only promotes public transparency but also encourages conscious consumption and active citizenship.

Key Functionalities:

1. QR Code Reader: Quickly scan the QR code on invoices to identify debts.
2. Quick Consultation: Easily search by name, CPF, or CNPJ for immediate results.
3. Advanced Filters: Customize searches by type of debt (e.g., FGTS, labor fines, criminal fines, electoral, social security fines, tax debts, non-tax debts), state, municipality, economic activity, and debt value range.
4. Georeferencing: Locate corporate debtors on a map for better visualization.
5. Address Verification: Confirm the debtor’s address to assist PGFN in recovering credits.
6. Informational Banners: Stay updated with important information and alerts.
7. Direct Access to REGULARIZE Portal: Conveniently consult, pay, split, or contest debts directly through the PGFN digital platform.

How to Use Open Debt?

Upon opening the app, you'll see a quick consultation menu where you can search for taxpayers by name, CPF, or CNPJ. Additionally, there are informational banners and details on the largest debtors in your region.

Search Menu:

Select the search menu to apply various filters like the type of debt, state or municipality of the debtor's domicile, economic activity, and the debt value range. You can find debtor companies by their CPF/CNPJ, name (corporate or trade name), QR code, and economic activity (CNAE).

Debtors will be displayed in descending order of the debt amount, from the largest to the smallest, or alphabetically based on your preference. If you discover a debt in your name, clicking the REGULARIZE banner will direct you to the PGFN service portal where you can manage your debts without visiting a physical office.

QR Code Scanning:

Scanning the QR code on an invoice allows you to quickly identify if a business has any outstanding debts. This feature helps promote transparency and responsible consumer behavior.

Value Range Filter:

You can set a custom debt value range to filter debtors within specific financial parameters.

Georeferencing:

The georeferencing function maps out corporate debtors, showing the number of debtors per region. Individual debtors are not listed to protect privacy.

Detailed Debt View:

In the detailed view, you can confirm whether a debtor actually works at the provided address. This verification is crucial for PGFN's credit recovery efforts.
