• Lock Mode: Enable a lock mode for secure handling of the device.
• User Switching: Seamlessly switch between waiter accounts using a simple user code, eliminating the need for repeated logins. This feature is especially useful when a single device is shared among multiple waiters.
• Order Management: Take orders efficiently, filter items by category, and search for specific items using keywords (e.g., "001" for momo, "002" for pizza).
• Table Operations: Merge and transfer tables, as well as transfer orders between tables.
• KOT Notes: Add notes to orders and individual items, ensuring clear communication in the kitchen.
• Bill Estimation: View an estimated bill directly from the app.
• Customer Management: Create and manage customer profiles directly within the app, linking them to respective orders.
• Printing Options: Check and resend failed print jobs for Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) directly from the app.
• Cost Tracking: Easily view the total cost from the table listing view.
