Requirements

To get started with Eve Connect, ensure that your EV charging station is compatible with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line models. The charging station requires NG Firmware 6.3 or higher to function properly. Furthermore, both the charging station and your mobile device need to be connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN). This typically means connecting an ethernet cable between your router and the charging station.

When setting up for the first time, you will need to enter a password for your charging station. Lastly, if you plan on using solar charging, make sure you have an Active Load Balancing (ALB) license.
