Place these items in a specific arrangement: arrange the Soul Sand blocks in a pyramid shape, with the final Wither Skull atop the bottom-left Soul Sand block. This will summon the colossal Wither Storm, which is not only much larger but also substantially stronger than the typical Ender Dragon.
