Key Features
Photo Documentation
ProgressionLIVE allows you to take pictures of the work being performed. By importing images from your photo library or capturing new ones directly from your Android device, you ensure that all work is properly documented. These photos are seamlessly integrated into the work order (PDF), providing a visual proof of completion.
Client Signatures
The app enables clients to sign off on work approvals directly through your Android device. Both your signature and the client’s signature are then embedded onto the work order (PDF), ensuring a clear record of approval.
Mobile Billing
Accelerate your billing process by adding products to invoices on-site using your Android device. Select from a pre-populated database of products, including workforce and specialized parts, making the invoicing process faster and more efficient.
Barcode Scanning
Effortlessly add products to invoices by scanning barcodes with your Android device. The scanned barcodes are automatically linked to your product database, streamlining the entry process and reducing errors.
Timesheet Management
Track and manage employee timesheets with ease. Employees can manually or automatically log their hours, and you can validate the authenticity and validity of these entries. Generate detailed timesheet reports to keep track of productivity.
Geolocation & GPS Tracking
Geocode tasks and customers using Google Maps. Real-time GPS tracking of your employees provides valuable insights into their location and progress. The map module allows you to geolocate tasks, equipment, and personnel efficiently.
PDF Work Orders
Once a work order is completed and approved by the client, the app sends a PDF copy via email. This document includes customer information, invoice details, signatures, photos, and technician notes, ensuring a complete record is available.
SMS Notifications

Accounting Software Integration
