How It Works

Download and Register

Downloading the Pick-e-Bike app and registering is simple and free. Ensure you have a passport, a valid driver’s license, and a credit card handy. Once registered, we’ll review and confirm your details quickly.

Reserve Your Ride

Reserve your e-bike for up to 15 minutes to secure your ride and avoid any delays. This feature ensures you have ample time to reach the bike before it becomes available to others.

Unlock and Go

Unlock your e-bike using the app and start your journey. The topcase opens automatically, allowing you to access any items you may need during your ride. Remember to wear a helmet—safety first!

Park Anywhere Within the Zone

Pick-e-Bike operates on a free-floating model, meaning you can park your bike anywhere within designated zones. Just adhere to local parking regulations for a hassle-free experience.

Complete Your Rental

Once you’re done riding, lock the bike securely. Make sure to store the helmet properly and complete your rental via the app. Your payment will be calculated based on the duration of your ride.
