As children collect and nurture pet monsters, they simultaneously learn crucial reading fundamentals. The game aims to make learning enjoyable and interactive, ensuring that children have fun while acquiring new knowledge.

Free and Ad-Free Experience

This game is completely free to download, with no advertisements or in-app purchases required. All content is provided by literacy nonprofits Curious Learning, CET, and Apps Factory. Once installed, you can play without needing an internet connection.

About Us

Feed The Monster was initially funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the EduApp4Syria competition. The original Arabic version was developed through a collaboration between Apps Factory, CET – The Center for Educational Technology, and IRC – The International Rescue Committee.

Adapted to English by Curious Learning, a nonprofit committed to promoting access to effective literacy content for all. Our team consists of researchers, developers, and educators dedicated to providing literacy education in native languages, supported by evidence and data. We aim to bring the Feed The Monster app to over 100 high-impact languages worldwide.
