These foundations should be built up by suit from Ace to King.

If you have a sequence of cards that are in descending order and alternating colors, you can move them together as a single unit. Additionally, any available card or a packed sequence can be transferred to an empty tableau pile, providing you with numerous opportunities to plan your moves wisely.

To progress through the game, you can move a card onto a foundation if it matches the suit and is one rank higher than the current top card of the foundation. At the beginning of each round, you'll find a stockpile in the top-left corner of the screen. Clicking this stockpile will deal a row of seven cards into the tableau, ready for you to arrange. Keep in mind that there is no redeal option, so every decision counts!
