Yuzuan's official app is designed exclusively for Yuzuan fans, offering more than just great deals. With this app, you can effortlessly reserve seats, stay updated with the latest information, and enjoy exclusive promotions.

Loyalty Rewards Program

• Earn one stamp per visit.
• Collect 2 stamps for a ¥200 discount, 3 stamps for a ¥300 discount, 5 stamps for a ¥500 discount, 8 stamps for an ¥800 discount, and 10 stamps for a ¥1000 discount.
• Accumulate 20 stamps for a ¥2000 discount, 30 stamps for a ¥3000 discount, and 40 stamps for a ¥5000 discount.
• Stamps are awarded the day after payment.
• Up to three stamps can be earned each day.
• Stamps are valid for one year from your last visit and will expire after that period.
• Coupons obtained through the stamp program are valid for 180 days.

• Enjoy periodic special offers and campaigns.
• Book a birthday plan during your birthday month, and you'll receive a 10% discount on your total bill (including tax).
• Share your invitation code with friends; upon their successful registration, both you and your friend will receive a 5% discount coupon.

Reservation Functionality

• After registering as a member, you can use the reservation feature directly from the app.
• To make a reservation:
  • Navigate to "Reservation" on the home screen.
  • Select the desired store and press the "Reservation" button.
  • Enter the number of people, date, time, course, and contact number to confirm your booking.
  • Check your reservation status and cancel if needed. For changes, cancel and make a new reservation.
• Reserving just a seat is also an option.
• Note that as of October 7, 2024, reservation status confirmation and cancellation features are available at select stores only.

Membership Registration and Password Reset

• Register as a member using your LINE ID or email address.
• If you forget your password, you can reset it via the "Forgot your password?" option.
