To file a complaint, users can click on the "Complaints" tab and choose from two options: creating an anonymous report or one with personal details. Following a step-by-step guide provided within the app, users can complete the complaint process and receive a unique filing number. This filing number can then be used to track the status of the complaint in the "Query" section of the application.
