Polen Control is an innovative application designed to help you monitor and diagnose environmental pollen allergies. Developed in collaboration with Almirall and the SEAIC (Spanish Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology), this app offers a comprehensive solution for managing your allergy symptoms and tracking your health status.

Daily Monitoring and Diagnosis

With Polen Control, you can keep a daily record of your allergy symptoms by entering information about how you feel, the symptoms you experience, and the medications you take. You can also add personal notes regarding specific symptoms and medications. Additionally, you can now track other users from your main account by adding new users, making it easier to manage the health of family members or friends.

Customized Pollen Levels

Stay informed about the daily pollen levels in your area with customized updates based on province and type of pollen. This latest version includes 14 new types of pollen, bringing the total to 22 different kinds, including Gramíneas, Platanus, Pinus, Quercus, and more. The app currently provides data for 50 provinces across Spain, ensuring that you have access to reliable information wherever you are.

Historical Data and Sharing

Access your personalized history with all the information you've entered, and easily share or download reports to send to your doctor or pharmacist. This feature allows you to maintain a detailed record of your allergy management over time, facilitating better communication with healthcare professionals.

Notifications and Premium Features

Receive alerts on your mobile device when pollen levels exceed certain thresholds. Some advanced features are available through a freemium model. To unlock these features, users need to enter a free code that can be obtained by contacting their local pharmacist.

Coverage and Availability

Currently, the app covers pollen level data for 50 provinces in Spain, including Álava, Albacete, Alicante, Almería, Asturias, and many others. Whether you live in a big city like Madrid or a smaller town, you can stay informed about pollen levels affecting your health.
