• Digital Zoom: Zoom in on live and archived video for detailed inspection.
• De-Warping: De-warp live or recorded 360° camera views and control PTZ.
• Playback Speed: Fast forward and fast rewind with speeds up to 8x.
• Snapshot Sharing: Send snapshots from within the app using your preferred communicator.
• Push Notifications: Receive push notifications from the Command Enterprise System (CES) with ACT application. Jump directly to video associated with the alarm event with one click.
• Audio Controls: Switch audio streams on and off from the options toolbar.
• Audio Support on iOS: Supports audio captured by microphones connected to the cameras on iOS devices.
• Text Insertion Display: Displays text associated with a camera, customizable in terms of size and appearance.

Supported Codecs

The app supports various video codecs:

• MJPG Video Streaming
• H.264
• H.265 (Requires CES version 2.15.1.3 and higher)

Compatibility

To fully utilize the Searchlight Cloud features, ensure your CES is upgraded to version 2.17 and higher. Additionally, to receive push notifications from CES, your system must have ACT v. 1.5.0 Premium and higher and CES software version 2.13.1 and higher.

The app is compatible with:

• Searchlight for Retail: Version 4.13.0 and higher
• Command Enterprise Software: Version 2.12.0 and higher

Supported Mobile Devices

The app runs on:

• Smartphones/Tablets: Android OS 10 and higher
• Minimum Requirements: 1 GB RAM on the mobile device to run the Command Mobile Plus App. Older iOS and Android devices may work but are not guaranteed.

The app is compatible with:

• Command Recording Server: Version 2.10.0 and higher
• 8000 Series Hybrid NVR: Version 5.8.5 and higher
• 8724 V Tribrid NVR: Version 5.10.0 and higher
• 9000 Series IP Recorder: Version 5.9.0 and higher
• RideSafe GT Series Hybrid NVR: Version 5.8.5 and higher
• RideSafe MT Series IP Recorder: Version 5.11.0 and higher
• RideSafe RT Series IP Recorder: Version 5.11.0 and higher
• X-Series Hybrid NVR: Version 5.18.0 and higher

Not Supported

The 6700 Series Hybrid NVR is not supported.
