Cooling rate t8/5 according to EN 1011-2: Verifies whether the selected welding parameters are inside the recommended processing range or whether their optimization is required, thus ensuring process reliability in the production of welding seams. An integrated retrograde calculation functionality allows you to specifically adapt your welding tasks.

Preheating temperature Tp: Calculates whether unalloyed and low-alloyed steel grades (according to EN 1011-2, Annex C.3, CET-concept and ANSI/AWS D1.1, Appendix H, Pcm-concept) need to be brought to a specific temperature prior to welding in order to avoid cold cracking.
