HEK Service App is designed to make customer service quicker and more convenient than ever before. Whether you're on the go or at home, you can now connect with us, exchange documents, and get information through your smartphone anytime and anywhere. We offer two versions of the app: Basic and Smart, each equipped with unique features to meet your needs.

Basic Version

The "Basic" version of the HEK Service App provides a comprehensive set of digital tools that are both fast and free:

Document Management: Easily scan, upload, and send documents.
QR Codes & Questionnaires: Scan QR codes and complete questionnaires online.
Membership Certificates: Request and manage your membership certificates effortlessly.
Health & Prevention: Access health hotlines, doctor guides, and appointment services.
Communication: Connect with us via hotline, email, callback services, and text/video chats.
Emergency Contacts: Keep emergency contacts handy.
Performance & Service Overview: Get an overview of performance and services.

Smart Version

The "Smart" version extends beyond the basic functionalities by providing access to personal data and additional services. Starting January 1, 2024, registration with a health ID is required for all health insurance companies. By identifying yourself within the app, you can securely access the following features:

Insurance Data: Access your insurance periods and salary data.

smarthealth Add-On

The "smarthealth" add-on in the Smart version allows you to manage your health intelligently and on-the-go. It provides continuous access to your personal health data and medical information via your electronic health record (EHR):

Medical Treatments: View doctor and dentist treatments, diagnoses, and costs.
Medications: Display prescribed medications and create a digital medication plan.
Vaccinations: Get a digital overview of vaccinations and recommendations.
Preventive Examinations: Stay updated with reminders for preventive exams.

All data is provided directly by us upon request, and you can add your own information anytime.
