Begin by scanning the QR code located on your cover letter using the app. This QR code contains all the necessary order data for a successful transmission of your readings. The app will automatically load your data and any stored water meters, streamlining the entire process.

Next, scan each meter number and its corresponding value as directed within the app. There’s no need to manually enter any values or dates; simply verify the scanned information and make corrections if needed. Follow this procedure for each meter in your home.

Upon completing the scans for all meters, finalize the process by tapping the "Submit" button. With just a few taps, your water meter readings will be successfully transmitted to ista.
