Egyptian Basra 2 - An Exciting Card Game

Experience the classic Egyptian card game known as "Basra," also referred to as "Ash Al Walad" or "Alkoomy." This engaging multiplayer game supports up to two players and integrates seamlessly with Facebook, allowing you to log in and maintain your scores and leaderboard standings.

How to Play:

1. Dealing Phase: At the start of the game, one of the two players will deal four cards to each player. Additionally, four cards will be placed on the table.

2. Playing Phase: Players take turns placing one card at a time on the table until they run out of cards. Once this happens, the dealer deals another set of four cards to each player, except for the table.

3. Objective: The main goal is to collect as many cards from the table as possible. After all cards are played, the player with the most collected cards earns 30 points, while the other player gets no points.

4. Card Taking Rules:

   • You can take cards from the table if you match a card in your hand or if the sum of the cards matches a card in your hand (excluding Jokers, Queens, and Kings).
   • Holding a Joker or a Diamond 7 allows you to take all the cards on the table.

5. Special Situations:

   • If the table is empty and the next player places a card, and the opponent has a matching card, the opponent can take the card as an additional bonus known as "Basra."
   • When the table cards sum up to a single card in your hand, along with any matching card, you can take the "Basra."

6. Diamond 7 Special Role: The Diamond 7, known as "Al Komi," has a dual role. It can take "Basra" of any value or act like a Joker, taking all the cards on the table.

7. Endgame Considerations: Be cautious about holding a Joker or Diamond 7 as your last card, as it can lead to losing all the cards on the table if the opponent plays strategically.

8. Scoring: If the dealer runs out of cards, the game ends, and the player with the most cards gets 30 points. Both players' "Basra" bonuses (10 points each) are added, and a Jack or Diamond 7 "Basra" is worth 30 points.

9. Multiple Rounds: The game continues through several rounds where the dealer role switches between players. The game concludes when a player reaches the target score, declaring the winner.
