This utility application is designed for laser show enthusiasts and professionals alike. Initially developed for LaserOS (Laser Cube) users, it can now be utilized for various types of laser image and animation conversions.

The Laser Graphics Converter allows users to convert still images or animations from GIF, PNG, or JPG formats into vector images (SVG) or ILDA images/animations. Additionally, users can create their own images or animations directly within the application using the "CREATE" function. The application provides a preview feature so users can see how the laser will display the image or animation before finalizing the conversion.

When converting a GIF animation, the app generates multiple SVG files representing each frame of the animation, which can then be used to create vector animations. Alternatively, if ILDA output is chosen, a single ILD file will be produced, containing either a still image or an animated sequence. Users have the flexibility to specify the output folder on their phone's storage for both SVG and ILDA formats. If the user wishes to change the destination folder, they can disable and re-enable the output option accordingly.

The application has been rigorously tested with Laser Cube (LaserOS) and offers several advanced features, including:

• Multi-color animation import
• Internal animation creator
• Font support
• Two methods for mono (black and white) tracing

To achieve the best results, consider these tips when creating animations for LaserOS:

• Opt for simple animations with minimal elements per frame.
• Use the background color (invert) option to add or remove frame outlines. Removing outlines often yields better results.
• Ensure that figures do not have black outlines, as this can interfere with color rendering.
• Experiment with different settings such as mono/mono2, color options, invert, and unsharp features to optimize the output.
• Adjust the animation speed by tweaking the delay between frames when creating custom animations.
• Fine-tune the FPS (frames per second) when importing animations into LaserOS.
• For images with many elements, adjust the quality settings on LaserOS.
