Contractual Requirements and Pricing

Upon signing the contract, you'll gain access to upload your data using a secure password. Notably, Bid-Assets charges no commission; instead, the fee is absorbed by the Buyer's Premium. The only cost involved is a 3% payment processing fee if you opt for Bid-Assets to handle credit card transactions. However, this fee is waived if you manage your own merchant account and prefer buyers to settle payments directly upon pickup.

For those preferring a hands-off approach, the Bid-Assets team can undertake inventory management, auction previews, and post-sale pickup duties, charging only for travel expenses and $40 per hour per staff member.

Seamless Settlement

Upon the successful conclusion of your auction, your organization will receive a settlement check within 15 banking days, after deducting any agreed-upon expenses.
