Defeat the Demon Lord

Your primary mission is to lead an envoy of soldiers for 300 miles, ultimately defeating the Demon Lord at the end. Completing quests and slaying monsters earns you coins, which can be used to strengthen your troops. Your soldiers fight automatically, but you can also join the battle yourself. After each defeat, your soldiers respawn, but you do not. You'll lose all soldiers, money, and items, except for artifacts, and must restart your journey. To stand a chance against formidable bosses, collect as many artifacts as possible. Defeating these bosses grants you even more artifacts.
