Currently, some customers still access their products through the Minha Oi application. However, we are working towards integrating the functionalities of both apps to provide a comprehensive user experience. Identify your profile to determine whether to use Oi_e or Minha Oi.

• Internet Installation Issues: If you're having problems accessing your installed Oi Fibra internet, send an email to oi_eapp@oi.net.br with your full name and phone number.
• Pending Installation: Wait for installation to complete and then log back into the Oi_e app.
• Inactive or Cancelled Internet: To reactivate or cancel your internet service, send an email to oi_eapp@oi.net.br.
• Additional Products: If you also have Oi's cell phone, TV, or combo plans, manage these products via the Minha Oi application. The Oi_e app handles only the internet services.
