Suncor Inspections

The "Suncor Inspections" application is designed to streamline and enhance the process of undercarriage inspections for various machinery. It works seamlessly alongside the TrackTreads Web Application, enabling users to create and utilize custom inspection forms tailored specifically for GET (Ground Engaging Tools) and structural components, as well as overall machine condition assessments.

Custom forms developed within the TrackTreads Web Application can be easily transferred to the mobile app. These forms can then be completed simultaneously by one or multiple inspectors, ensuring comprehensive coverage and consistency in data collection. The mobile app facilitates data entry even in areas without an active internet connection, storing the information locally until a connection becomes available for synchronization. When an internet connection is established, all entered data is promptly uploaded to the web application in real-time, maintaining up-to-date records.

Real-time monitoring of the data entered is possible via the Web Application, providing immediate insights into the condition of the machinery. This allows for quick identification and implementation of restorative actions based on the answers provided by inspectors. Additionally, attention flags can be manually or automatically added from the mobile app, further aiding in pinpointing critical issues that require immediate attention.
