Do Vale TV was officially launched in 2016 under the umbrella of Grupo JBMS Sistema de Comunicação, headquartered in Avaré, an interior city in the state of São Paulo. From the outset, the channel gained recognition for its commitment to impartiality and objectivity in journalism, always prioritizing respect and the needs of its viewers.

In 2020, Do Vale TV expanded its reach significantly by covering an additional 21 municipalities in the state of São Paulo via Channel 61 available on LPNet TV. These municipalities include Lençóis Paulista, Macatuba, Agudos, Borebi, Areiópolis, Jaú, Potunduva, Iguaraçu do Tietê, Barra Bonita, Pederneiras, Itapuí, Dourado, Bocaina, Boa Esperança do Sul, Botucatu, Rubião Junior, São Manuel, Aparecidinha, Itatinga, Avaré, Ibitinga, Gavião Peixoto, and Trabiju. This expansion allowed Do Vale TV to serve a larger and more diverse audience across the region.
