Delivery and Shipping

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or email from one of our representatives. Once your order is confirmed, it will be immediately dispatched. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days.

In case the customer is not available upon delivery, a representative will contact you and follow your instructions. The parcel can either be delivered at another time or left with a neighbor, provided that payment has been received.

Exchange and Returns

We accept exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging with all tags intact. The returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received.

Upon reviewing your request, if the goods delivered do not match the order placed, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your doorstep at no additional cost. We will then replace the item according to the original intended order.

If a customer is not satisfied with the order received, Ochre will issue a credit note valid for 30 days, which can be used to make purchases online.
