• Police Notebook: Earn coupons and exclusive items based on your rank. Ranks range from Police Constable to Superintendent of Police. Each transaction over 820 yen (including tax) counts as a visit, and the rank updates the following day.
• Class-Specific Coupons:
  • Chief Constable: Get half-price soft drinks.
  • Police Sergeant: Free soft drinks.
  • Inspector: Receive ordinary tongs and a 10% discount coupon.
  • Superintendent: Enjoy golden tongs, meat scissors, and a 20% discount coupon. Additionally, you can get a 50% discount coupon and a 5kg bag of domestic beef.

Reservations

• Immediate Reservations: Use the "Reserve Now" option to join the current waitlist.
  • Navigate from the home screen to the store search page.
  • Select your preferred store and press "Reserve."
  • Enter the number of people and mobile number, then confirm.
  • If "Reserve Now" is unavailable, the store isn't accepting waitlists. Check business hours and visit directly.
  • Cancellations can be made via the reservation status page.
• Scheduled Reservations: Use "Date-Specific Reservation" to select a specific date and time.
  • Navigate from the home screen to the store search page.
  • Select your preferred store and press "Details."
  • Enter the date, time, number of people, mobile number, and calling name, then confirm.
  • Hidden time slots are either outside reservation hours or fully booked.
  • Cancellations can be made via the reservation status page.

Membership and Account Management

• Registration: Sign up using your LINE ID, Apple ID, or email address.
• Password Reset: Reset your password by selecting "Forgot your password?"
• Email Configuration: Ensure you can receive emails from info@app.yakiniku-king.jp.
