It combines time clock functionality, GPS tracking, and document management into one seamless application. Whether you're integrating with your existing systems or leveraging the best platforms offered by our partners, the data captured is refined into valuable management information.

Time Clock & Recording

The app simplifies even the most complex time recording processes, ensuring that employees don't need to think twice about logging their hours. Raw data collected is then processed according to collective or individual agreements, including meal allowances, overtime regulations, bonuses, and automatic breaks. Different types of pay such as travel time, driving time, on-call duties, or weather-related rules can be retrieved at the touch of a button. If you already have a time recording software in place, we can transfer data to your SAP, P&I, HR Soft, RZA, BMD, or RZL systems in your desired format. The smartphone acts as a terminal, delivering data in formats compatible with common terminals like KABA Benzing, Isgus, Ganter, Datafox, etc. You can continue working in your familiar environment while receiving real-time data from anywhere in the world.

GPS Tracking

Data accuracy is ensured through plausibility checks. Additionally, the app allows for the visualization of visited locations on a GPS platform, providing a clear competitive advantage. Whether it's maintaining green spaces, winter services, or documenting client presence, the BizzNet Smart Reporting converts movement data from vehicles and employees into valuable management information.

Document Management

From photos taken at construction sites to delivery receipts, order forms, sketches, and more, all documents are automatically indexed. Employees can add up to five customizable keywords, making it easy to locate and retrieve documents instantly. This ensures that critical information known only to the employee on-site is also stored. These documents are securely saved on our certified servers or directly transferred to your servers.
