With the Transport Card app, you can swiftly access critical details about your transport card, such as the current balance, validity period, and detailed trip history. Additionally, the app provides a comprehensive history of any replenishments made to your card, ensuring you have a clear overview of your transactions.
For users of ETK-Online transport cards in specific regions—including the Altai region, Amur region, Arhangelsk region, Kemerovo region, Krasnodar region, Kurgan region, Lipetsk region, Novgorod region, Novosibirsk region, Orenburg region, Perm region, Primorsky Krai, Republic of Kalmykia (Elista), Komi Republic (Ukhta), Sakhalin region, Tambov region, Khabarovsk region, Chelyabinsk region, Vologda region (Cherepovets), and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Gubkinsky)—the app offers advanced features like connecting and disconnecting services/subscriptions and online replenishment capabilities.
Users who pay for transport services using bank cards can benefit from additional functionalities within the app. You can view the status of your bank card to ensure payment for travel is enabled, review your trip history, and even connect services/subscriptions to your bank card, provided these options are available in your region.
To enhance security and accessibility, users can register with a valid email address to manage their accounts across multiple devices. The app supports various authentication methods, including a four-digit code, fingerprint recognition, and Face ID, depending on device compatibility.
Adding a transport card to the app is straightforward: simply enter the card’s 19-digit PAN number found on the back of the card or scan its barcode if available. Similarly, adding a bank card involves entering the 16, 18, or 19-digit number located on the front of the card and selecting the appropriate region of use.
