God brought Missionary Henry Ritchard Mantonya and his wife Nancy Evelyn Mantonya from the United States to Brazil. Alongside Brazilian couple Antônio Marques and Maria Marques, they initiated this divine work. Antônio Marques not only joined the Bible Institute but also completed his studies and was ordained as a minister, becoming the first pastor of the church.

On June 23, 2012, the torch was passed to Pastor Rafael Oliveira, who continues to lead the congregation with passion and dedication.
